Got together with my buddy Kurt for a brewday.. I brewed one 5 gallon batch.. he brewed two 10 gallon batches!! All the brews seemed to go spot-on.. should be a lot of good beer flowing soon! :D

Changed up my last Imperial Red a little bit.. I know the bitterness calculation says 93 but there’s no way its that bitter.

10/15: 1.020 FG… super clear beer, tastes awesome with a pronounced malt and hoppy aroma. Going to be a great one.

Brew #71: Fresh Hop Double Pale

Last weekend we had a great time harvesting hops at Brehk and Leslies place.. I quite possibly had too great of a time trying to kill a keg of beer.. a noble try but I was not successful. Anyhow, I took home a bunch of Nugget and Cascade hops, dried them, and made this big hop forward beer!
