70 minute boil.. it was damned cold out and took a little longer to get the kettle up and boiling
OG 1.0541/7 : FG 1.012.. although the bitterness is a bit lower than I prefer, this is some good stuff. It was in primary for 25 days, the longest I’ve left a beer (got too lazy) and there weren’t any noticeable problems with it. The hop flavor is reminiscent of peaches and some orange citrus.. so good.
